Parts Management Position Available!!
Morgantown Powersports is currently seeking a highly motivated individual for a full time Parts Manager position for our Morgantown, WV location. The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience, general knowledge of metric motorcycle parts and accessories. Previous management experience within the industry is preferred but not required. Morgantown Powersports is seeking someone with strong and positive leadership skills to continue and maintain the success of our growing dealership.
Qualified candidates must have:
- Proven leadership abilities
- A passion to meet and exceed goals
- Minimum of three years parts experience retail sales and inventory management or equivalent.
- Prior dealership experience preferred, but not required
- Must have the ability to get along with a broad customer base
- Knowledge and experience with servicing of motorcycles, and other products sold by the dealership, or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn them.
- Experience with Lightspeed NXT & computerized inventory systems or the ability to quickly learn.
