Parts Associate

We are in search of a Parts Associate for our EagleRider – Indian Motorcycle Dealership Los Angeles location.

As the Parts/Counter Support team member, you will report directly to the Service Manager and provide parts and support service support.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Greet all customers in a friendly and courteous manner
• Answers phone calls and route to appropriate staff member

 Parts/Counter support includes:

• Ordering parts, assisting supervisor in maintaining proper stocking levels
• Interface with Service Technicians and ensure their Parts and Accessories needs are being met
• Notify service personnel when special parts or back-ordered parts are
• Maintain cleanliness of Parts and Accessories Department and keep inventory neatly stacked and orderly
• Give sales support with vehicles accessories and price quotes
• Maintain appearance of shop and service area
 

 
Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent, plus 2-4 years of parts/service experience
• Light Speed experience is a plus, but not required, will train
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with motorcycle endorsement
