Motorcycle Parts & Accessories Associate

We are looking for experienced Parts, Accessories, & Apparel Specialists to help our dealership in the Powersports Parts & Accessories Department.

We are looking for  Full-Time Parts Associates with a proven track record. Candidates must possess a Great Attitude & have excellent Customer Service skills. Must be a team player and have experience.

If you provide a high level of customer service, and want to work with one of the most dedicated and committed teams in the area, this may be the place for you!

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Parts & Accessories experience
  • Top notch Customer Service Skills
  • Positive Attitude
  • Excellent communication skills

 Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers promptly, in a courteous and friendly manner.
  • Develop and share knowledge of all parts, apparel,  & accessories merchandise.
  • Must possess the ability to work with several customers at a time, while maintaining individual customer satisfaction.
  • Handle telephone transactions quickly and courteously.
  • Point out any sales, specials, or new merchandise to customers.
  • Participate in periodic physical inventory of all merchandise.
  • Ensure merchandise displays are stocked, clean, and appealing to customers.
  • Become familiar and efficient with all phases of the computer system required for parts.

 Customer Service:

  • Provide high quality service to customers by using proactive sales techniques.
  • Greet customers immediately
  • Handle telephone transactions quickly
  • Create accurate transactions
  • Handle customer complaints reasonably, showing empathy and a positive attitude.

 Commitments:

  • Superior customer service by maintaining positive relationships with customers & employees.
  • Be prompt and available for flexible scheduling
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas on a regular basis
  • Stay current on motorcycle trends and selling features.
