Southern Thunder Harley-Davidson is searching for a new Parts Manager!

The ideal candidate is skilled at leading a team and committed to providing a world class experience to our customers.

A proven track record of sales & management experience as well as solid knowledge of Harley-Davidson products is a must.
5+ years of relevant retail management experience is preferred. Previous Powersports dealership experience and being a Harley enthusiast also strongly preferred.

The position also requires you be well organized and proficient with computers, point of sale systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Previous experience with inventory control and purchasing strongly preferred, however we are looking for a retail sales manager to help grow our business.

Job Requirements

5+ Years experience with retail sales and inventory management.

Must have the ability to get along with a broad customer base. Knowledge and experience with servicing of motorcycles, and other products sold by the dealership, or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn them. Experience with Point-of-Sale & computerized inventory systems or the ability to quickly learn. Current motorcycle license.

Physical Demands: The noise level in the work environment is occasionally loud. Occasionally required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs. Ability to stand on feet for lengthy periods of time, up to 8 consecutive hours Occasionally requires the ability to balance and push a 600+ lb motorcycle.

Very competitive incentive based pay plan based on experience.
