Motorcycle and Powersports dealership is looking for a management level professional to add to their parts & accessory team.
The candidate must have light speed experience and a proven track record of large inventory management. This Individual needs to be well-organized, reliable and a great leader.
Candidate must hae motorcycle and powersports experience-more than 5 years at a dealership in a management role-and have quality, experience handling e-commerce as additional source of revenue.

Motorcycle Enthusiast, Management and Sales Experience Required
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience managing 4 + employees
Training new employees
Experience in inventory management
Schedule and conduct monthly inventory counts
Parts ordering and inventory control
Organization of a large parts department
Experienced with all motorcycle and powersports manufactures (Japanese, Italian, German, British, etc.)
Experience with the mechanics of motorcycles
Motorycle and powersports passion
Good multitasker
Must have a get it done attitude-no matter what obstacle is thrown your way
Understand the importance of proactive not reactive customer service
Have the ability to provide premier customer service to ensure lifelong customers
