DEALERSHIP INFORMATION:
Westfield Powersports is now accepting resumes for our Parts and Accessories Dept. A qualified candidate must have the ability to effectively sell parts and accessories. We are not looking for someone to just stand behind the parts counter and take orders. An individual who can work independently and need very little supervision will be best suited. Understanding a retail department along effective follow up will be key for success. If you have an outgoing personality, are detailed oriented, and have passion for motorsports this job is for you.
We are a high volume Yamaha, Suzuki, Polaris, and KTM dealer. We are located in one of the fastest growing and highest family income counties (Hamilton County) in Indiana on US 31. Indianapolis has many activities to offer. If it is racing you like, we have the Indy 500, Brickyard 400, NHRA Nationals, and Moto GP. Plus, we are home of the Dealernews International Powersports Dealer Expo.
Indianapolis has reasonable cost of living, low crime rate, great schools, music concerts, and a healthy nightlife. We offer health insurance, paid vacations, and holidays.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 2 years motorcycle dealership experience or Motorcycle Mechanics Institute diploma.
Must have an outgoing personality.
Computer skills are a must. All functions of our dealership are computerized.
Strong customer service and communications skills.
Experience with Lightspeed and CRM programs such as V-Sept is a plus, but not mandatory.
Have great attention to detail.
Able to lift 25lbs of materials.
DUTIES:
Selling motorcycle, ATV, scooter, and watercraft parts/accessories.
Answering phone.
Maintaining diplays.
Department promotions input.
Placing orders with distributors.
Online order processing
Handle customer complaints quickly, with understanding, and with a positive attitude to demonstrate our customer commitment.
