PG&A COORDINATOR
 
KTM North America – a subsidiary of KTM, a global leader in the off-road motorcycle competition segment and developer and producer of street as well as off-road motorcycles – has an exciting opportunity for a PG&A Coordinator located in Murrieta, CA.  
 
SUMMARY
 
Under moderate supervision, the PG&A Coordinator provides administrative support to the PG&A department and maintains Product Information Management system (PIM) for all Technical Accessories & Apparel inventory. Includes creating and maintaining Related Products content to support internal teams. Coordination of order concepts & non-inventory projects.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 

  • Makes daily updates to the PIM system and the KTM DealerNet system, including adding new products, updating existing products, removing discontinued products, etc. Maintains photos, product content, fitment, etc.
  • Collaborates with the PG&A Marketing and Sales teams by supplying content and images of products for use in social media campaigns and dealer support tools.
  • Maintains Excel database(s) of catalogs, products, etc.
  • Assists in proofing Marketing and Sales tools for correct product image, content and fitment, etc.
  • Inputs internal PG&A Department orders into Movex and/or SAP system.
  • Supports the PG&A Department with sourcing promotional/non-inventory products with various vendors.
  • Submits and tracks non-inventory purchase order requests, check requests and invoices.
  • Provides general administrative support to various department team members. Handles basic departmental operations and administrative duties while identifying process improvement opportunities.
  • Assists in market analysis by conducting research on competitive products, programs, pricing, margins, etc. Research may be web based, discussions with dealers or surveys, including events.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

 
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Generally requires a minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of experience in an office environment in an administrative or data entry role. Required proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; dealer software programs experience preferred. Website content administration and technical motorcycle experience a plus. Some motorcycle industry knowledge or background required.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:  High school diploma required. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experiences in related field preferred.

    JUDGEMENT/REASONING ABILITY:  Ability to recognize discrepancies and resolve problems quickly using sound judgment, poise and diplomacy.  Requires ability to use judgment and reasoning skills, and determine when issues need to be escalated.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:  The noise in the work environment is usually moderate.  Other factors are:
