Parts & Accessories Manager – Wild Prairie Harley-Davidson®
Wild Prairie Harley-Davidson® is growing and requires that we hire a Parts & Accessories Manager at its Eden Prairie, MN dealership. The successful candidate will have solid HD technical knowledge and model world class customer service by maintaining positive relationships with customers and employees.

Duties:
-
Develop and maintain a smooth running, efficient P&A department by ensuring all team members are well trained and the needs of the service department are being met

Maintain sufficient quantities of stock to support internal and external customer demand and an acceptable inventory turn ratio by maintaining an accurate up-to-date inventory management and control system to include cycle counting

Establish procedures for ordering, receiving, logging into inventory, displaying, and selling all merchandise

Employ sound management practices to ensure parts department contributes acceptable levels of gross and net profit

Develop monthly and annual objectives and promotional campaigns for the department

Assist on sales floor, evaluate training and coaching needs, and attend training and meetings as appropriate

Recruit, interview, and hire new team members while balancing the workload of all employees

Conduct business under the guidance of our Mission Statement and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and positivity, any complaints are handled reasonably and within company policy and customers choose us as their “Go-To” dealership
Requirements:

Be an example to the team for productivity, energy, ethics and professionalism

Must be computer literate and able to become proficient with all software required for the position
Experience:
-
Current knowledge and experience with Harley-Davidson motorcycles, genuine and after-market parts and accessories
-
Minimum of 2 years experience with Parts Management including the ability to define individual team member coaching needs and establish proper ways to bring them to their full potential
