Overview
We are now accepting resumes for Parts and Accessories Manager. Expected wages for this position is $50,000-$70,000 consisting of a weekly base salary and monthly bonus. A qualified candidate must have the ability to effectively manage a high volume parts and accessories department. We are not looking for someone to stand behind the parts counter and take orders. An individual who can work independently and need very little supervision will be best suited. Understanding a retail department along effective follow up will be key for success. If you have an outgoing personality, are detailed oriented, and have a passion for motorsports this opportunity is for you. Relocation assistance will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
We are a high volume multi-line powersports store located in Indiana and have been in business since 1992. QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 5 years motorcycle dealership experience.
Ability to train and manage our parts team.
Must have an outgoing personality.
Inventory management skills.
Computer skills are a must. All functions of our dealership are computerized.
Strong customer service and communications skills.
Experience with Lightspeed is a plus, but not mandatory.
Have great attention to detail.
Able to lift 50lbs of materials.
DUTIES:
Managing the department.
Create sales programs to incentivise staff.
Hiring and training staff as needed.
Selling motorcycle, ATV, scooter, and watercraft parts/accessories.
Answering phone.
Maintaining displays.
Department promotions input.
Developing new processes to improve efficiency as needed.
Placing orders with distributors.
Online order processing
Handle customer complaints quickly, with understanding, and with a positive attitude to demonstrate our customer commitment.
