Purpose of Position: The Service Technician will be responsible for repair and service work on motorcycles, ATVs, UTV, Personal Watercraft, Marine engines and power equipment as assigned by the Service Manager.
Qualifications:
· Strong technical ability and knowledge of Honda motorcycles, ATV’s, scooters and power products.
· Previous experience as a technician.
· Commitment to providing superior customer service.
· Able to manage multiple tasks or requests.
· Valid North Dakota drivers license with motorcycle endorsement.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Perform maintenance and repairs in accordance with dealer and manufacturer quality and efficiency standards.
· Perform quality control review on designated motorcycles, ATV, UTV and power equipment. Record items in need of attention.
· Keep work area, workbench and tools clean and neat. Follow shop work and safety rules.
· Review all service bulletins, product updates, and technical updates and recall program information.
