Job description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Oklahoma City, OK, for a Motorcycle Mechanic. The Motorcycle Mechanic will be responsible for performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles, particularly Indian Motorcycles. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting bikes for issues, performing necessary repairs, ensuring customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service, and communicating effectively with the team and customers to address concerns and provide updates on services.
Qualifications
-Skills in Vehicle Maintenance and expertise in working with motorcycles, particularly Indian Motorcycles
-Proficiency and interest in Bikes and motorcycle mechanics
-Strong Communication skills for effectively interacting with team members and customers
-Focus on Customer Satisfaction and a commitment to delivering exceptional Customer Service
-Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues
-Relevant certifications or technical training in motorcycle repair and maintenance are a plus
-Knowledge of motorcycle systems and tools
-Valid motorcycle license
