Office Assistant

Job Description:

Looking for an experienced Office Assistant in a fast paced Harley-Davidson dealership. Located in beautiful Eugene, Oregon. We engage in purchasing and selling Harley-Davidson motorcycles, parts, service, and merchandise. Position is full-time, must be well organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an orderly filing system
• Reconcile End of Day
• Supervise the control of the petty cash accounts
• Supervise and review the reconciliation of the Fixed Assets
• Payroll Processing
• Bank reconciliation and deposit administration
• Managing A/P and A/R accounts
• Health benefits organization
• Managing office systems and supplies

• Assist with answering incoming calls in a professional manner and connect to appropriate dept of personnel

• Assist other staff members in maintaining employment records, which includes pre-employment screening, new hire documentation, corrective discipline records, documents, etc.

• Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings

Qualifications

• Experience working in the business office of a powersport or automotive dealership.
• Prior experience working with dealership software systems (e.g. Reynolds & Reynolds, ADP, Lightspeed CDK etc.) preferred
• Working knowledge of personal computing software including Microsoft Office
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret data, reports, and procedures
• Knowledge of Oregon title processes
• Knowledge of Human Resource Administration

Any applicant must be very well experienced with powersport or automotive dealerships. Applicants must be willing and able to have full background, credit and driving history checks. We are looking for someone with clean history only.
