Finance Manager – F&I

Overview

Job Description: OC Motorcycle, a Boutique high-end European Motorcycle dealership located in Orange County, CA is in need of a skilled, highly organized Finance and Insurance Manager.
We are a growing Motorcycle dealer that sells Triumph, Moto Guzzi Vespa, Piaggio and MV Agusta motorcycles.
The principal responsibility of this person is to effectively present to our customers the various intangible products available that add value to the vehicle or the purchase. These products include extended warranties, GAP policies, theft protection, pre-paid maintenance plans, etc.
Prospective F&I Managers will want to know that we sell motorcycles that are relatively exotic and high-end. Buyers are generally very receptive to hearing about products that will help protect their investment.

You should be sharp, well dressed and presentable, attentive, incredibly detail oriented and computer savvy.

Other important responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Document preparation on all vehicle sales

2. Gathering customer signatures on all sales documents

3. Ensuring that all paperwork is completed accurately

4. Pulling and evaluating credit reports to determine the best course of action

5. Processing credit applications and working with credit underwriters to obtain approvals for marginally qualified applicants

6. Processing DMV documents in a timely manner

7. Processing funding packages quickly and accurately

8. Managing F&I and Sales Dept receivables

In addition to all of the above, the F&I Manager may be called upon to assist customers on the showroom floor at the Sales Managers discretion.
F&I manger will also be assisting the Sales Manager in desking deals, closing deals and motivating sales staff. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fun, stress free environment!
The ideal candidate would be a Motorcycle Enthusiast (though this is not absolutely required), have a professional, confidence-inspiring demeanor, be highly customer satisfaction oriented, have experience selling value-added intangibles, be a self-starter with aspirations for growth, have excellent presentation skills, excellent phone skills and is highly organized and efficient. Prior F&I experience would be a huge plus.

Salary dependent on experience and skills.
