Overview
Candidate must be able to:accurately perform full and complete diagnosis on units in for service perform service, repair and customization work in accordance to factory specifications work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to safety and quality workmanship provide clear written records of all repairs performed work in a clean and professional manner follow safety guidelines both in the workshop and when out on test rides train, mentor, and transfer skills to less experienced technicians meet deadlines and complete work productively and profitably minimize come-backs and deal with them promptly and satisfactorily when they do occur
Job Requirements:
1-3 years of mechanical experience preferred (but not required)
Basic computer skills
Positive and friendly attitude
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
The ability to push a 700 lb. motorcycle and be able to lift 100 lbs
Able to work on your feet for extended periods of time
Must possess valid driver license with a motorcycle endorsement
Be in possession of a complete set of tools
