A Global leader and premium motorcycle brand is looking for a motivated, dynamic and enthiusiastic professional with relevant experience in sales, marketing, brand development, product launch and promotion to manage sales of motorcycles and associated products in their North Eastern territory.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving the business forward and have a keen interest in motorcycles and an understanding of the Motorcycle Industry.
To be a success in this role, you will have:
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar or related role
- Experience of working in a target driven environment
- Experience of developing and monitoring dealer sales & performance
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest related legislation and trade practices
- A strong customer-focused philosophy
- Excellent communication skills – able to negotiate and influence
- Be able to work under pressure in a high-standards, high-quality organization
- Excellent IT and data / statistic skills
- Ability to organize product-launch events, exhibitions and other dealer events
- Commercially-minded with a passion for the motorcycle busines
