Overview
Salary Range: $16-$23
Reporting to the Direct Buy Program Supervisor, this role is a highly visible admin position responsible for title data entry, title procurement, meeting set goals and expectations, answering phones, mailing secure documents, and processing vehicle titles.
Responsibilities:
- Title data entry into AMS
- Weekly team meetings
- Processing vehicle titles: check accuracy of vehicle information, sign & add additional documents as needed
- Run daily report of outstanding titles through excel
- Daily phone calls/emails to dealer for title reminders
- Check transit drawer daily for incoming units in stock
- Perform tasks assigned by management based on business needs; flexible to change daily
- Input items into issue tracker
- Maintain follow ups and accurate notes for all issue tracker items
Daily Requirements:
- Phone calls
- Data entry
- Problem Resolution
Weekly Requirements:
- Minimum of 100 calls per week
- Weekly follow up on missing documents for titles in hand
Requirements:
- Maintain good attendance
- Arrive to work on time per your required work schedule
- Be courteous and respectful to fellow employees and customers
- Maintain a business casual dress code and during San Diego Auction week; NPA attire/NPA colors required starting on Wednesday and ending on Friday

Schedule:
7:00am-4:00pm
15 Min break- 9:00am
1 Hour Lunch- 12:00pm-1:00pm
15 Min Break- 2:00pm
