Created in 1990 by founders from the industry, NPA serves lenders and dealers throughout the nation with a complete range of auction-related services. Responsibilities:

Office Assistant/Administrative Assistant duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Chasing outstanding department titles
  • Monitoring transit times
  • Assisting department sales staff
  • Processing vehicle titles, with the overall goal of decreasing turn times in our inventory

Requirements:

  • Motor vehicle title experience
  • Enthusiastic about the powersports industry
  • High school diploma is required with some college experience preferred
  • Work experience in customer service
  • Have a good working knowledge of computers
  • Arrive to work on time per required work schedule
  • Be courteous and respectful to fellow employees and customers
  • Dress appropriately for particular job duties and within the parameters of our current employee manual
  • Keep work area neat and clean at all times
  • Always ask questions when uncertainty arises
