Overview
Salary Range: $35,000 to $40,000 per year
MR Motorcycle currently has an immediate opening for an accounting clerk. As our accounting clerk, you would balance and reconcile our cash, check, and credit card receipts on a daily basis.
You would enter detailed information, into our dealer management system, about each new and used vehicle we receive.
Accounts receivable makes up another component of this position. You would process customer loan paperwork and forward it to lenders. You would post the payments as they come in, and follow-up on past-due accounts.
Verification and entry of accounts payable vouchers will make up a component of this position as well. You would process checks daily for miscellaneous payments like customer refunds. You will also verify and enter invoices from various vendors and suppliers for the products and services needed and process checks.
The workweek currently runs from Tuesday through Saturday. Hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm except Saturday is 9:00 to 5:00. We offer a full range of benefits, including health, dental, life and vision insurance, paid holidays and vacation, employee discounts, and a retirement plan.
Previous dealership and/or accounting experience is a plus, but not a requirement. We will provide training for the right applicant.
