Key Responsibilities that will be yours:
Secure financing options using relationships with financial institutions.
Use the Lightspeed EVO Dealer Management System.
Present and sell aftermarket products using a structured menu system (Darwin).
Process financial paperwork accurately.
Provide customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
Collaborate with the sales team.
Train and mentor sales staff on F&I products and procedures.
Achieve departmental goals for profitability and customer retention.
Qualifications we are looking for:
Required experience: At least three years in the Powersports industry as a Salesperson or higher (preferred) or Automotive F&I management.
Expertise in financing, funding, and titling processes.
Proficiency with Lightspeed EVO or other Dealer Management Systems.
Leadership skills and the ability to train a team.
Communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Detail-oriented and organized.
A positive attitude and a passion for motorsports.
Experience with a multi-line powersports dealership.

Competitive compensation with commission and bonus structure. ($100,000 – $220,000, depending on YOUR skill level)
