We’re currently looking to staff our dealership with individuals that have great attitudes and award-winning smiles. We are a full service European Motorcycle Dealership with an emphasis on customer service. We strive to make sure every customer is taken car of to the best of our ability.
We have high results expectations in the following areas:
• In-store customer experience
• Phone Follow up with customers and potential customers
• Presentation of our motorcycle brands
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
• Welcoming guest into the dealership
• Assisting the customer with the selection of motorcycle that fits the customer’s needs
• Follow up phone calls to customers
• Selling the fun and excitement of motorcycling to customers
Requirements
• Experience Auto or Motorcycle Sales (Motorcycle endorsement preferred)
• Have a love of motorcycles and contributing to the success of the team
• Be an outgoing, energetic people person
• Be self-motivated, positive, driven and helpful
• Be able to follow a structured sales process
We are a 5-day shop; open Tuesday through Saturday – This position requires regular and predictable attendance – We offer industry leading performance based compensation – Paid vacation, paid holidays, health, dental and vision insurance – Motorcycle endorsement and a good driving record are mandatory
