We’re currently looking to staff our dealership with individuals that have great attitudes and award-winning smiles.  We are a full service European Motorcycle Dealership with an emphasis on customer service.  We strive to make sure every customer is taken care of to the best of our ability.

We have high results expectations in the following areas:

  • Oversee all aspects of financing: financing, insurance and extended service programs
  • Assist fellow sales professionals in all areas of finance
  • Supervise the finance portfolios in conjunction with the Brand managers

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Understand our brand programs as well as finance sourcing options.
  • Communicate to salespersons all relevant information about programs,
  • Review contracts, ensuring that all paperwork is properly submitted to Financing companies.
  • Report the approval status of client contracts to the respective salespersons.
  • Work with marginal credit cases.
  • Ensure that salespersons provide appropriate follow-up with clients.
  • Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect the sales.
  • Work with Sales Managers to secure a reasonable profit from every sale.
  • Coordinate finance forecasting with sales department forecasting to achieve desired income.

Requirements:

  • Experience F&I professional (Motorcycle endorsement preferred)
  • Have a love of motorcycles and contributing to the success of the team
  • Be an outgoing, energetic people person
  • Be self-motivated, positive, driven and helpful
  • Be able to follow a structured sales process
