Overview
Steel City Motorcycle Company, Western PA’s premier Harley-Davidson Dealership is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced TalonES Service Repair Writer. Responsibilities include assist service department manager and Shop Forman in maintaining a smooth running efficient service department with a high degree of customer satisfaction. Estimate costs and completion times at point of sale and clearly communicate them to customer. Perform cashier functions, as needed. Open & close all customer paid, warranty, and internal repair orders and handle all scheduling of customer appointments and follow up calls.
Provide superior customer service to both internal and external customers, greet customer at their motorcycles for full and proper write up, handle telephone calls quickly and courteously. Promptly notify customers of any changes, delays, or additional work needed. Up Sell additional services by pointing out service specials or additional work needed.
Compensation is based on an hourly rate in addition to added month performance bonuses. Competitive benefits package, 401k, and vacation. Harley-Davidson Dealership experience is a preferred. Employment requires valid motorcycle endorsement and background check.
