Full-time Sales Management position at a central Indiana Harley-Davidson dealer.
Bi-weekly salary plus monthly bonus from department gross.
Qualifications:
– Management skills (people, inventory, time)
– Customer Service (wow the customer, fulfill promises and expectations of the customer)
– Driven (sell the bike, create the relationship)
– Tech savvy (work with computers, cameras to load bikes online)
– Previous sales experience required
– Previous management experience preferred
Motorcycle Endorsement required. Must be insurable to test ride motorcycles.

Family owned Harley-Davidson dealer recently relocated to a new state of the art 37,000 square foot store in Fishers, Indiana. Sell over 600 units a year, Riding Academy onsite, 100+ bike storage, 8 Tech bays (2 lifts per tech), Beer & Wine license, covered outdoor patio, multi-purpose room and balcony, parking for 80-100 cars. Under new management creating a positive perfomance driven culture.
