Southern California, multi-line dealer now hiring for full time year round salespeople. HYR is looking for experienced, motivated, and honest people that are focused on customer service. We are a family owned and operated dealership that has been selling the best powersports products for over 38 years. We carry Honda,Yamaha,Husqvarna,Lance and Sym. You will be supported by a world class service department and parts and accessory department.
You will have the support and cooperation of long term managers that are focused on helping you succeed. We have shown consistently high sales grosses and specialize in high gross used product sales.
Key Result Areas:
Teamwork.
In-store customer experience.
Phone Follow up with dealership customers.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Welcoming guests into the dealership.
Narrowing down the selection of our products to find which ones fit the customers needs.
Follow up phone calls to customers.
Qualifications & Job Requirements:
Works well in a team.
Prior sales experience is not a must, but is helpful. A winning attitude, the ability to learn and the drive to exceed goals is a must!
Spanish speaker is a plus but not required.
Have a love of motorcycles and contributing to the success of the team.
Be an outgoing, energetic people person.
Be self-motivated, positive, driven and helpful.
Be able follow a structured sales process and available to work weekends
Compensation:
Can earn up to 40k to 60k + a year.
