-Greet Customers with enthusiasm on the main showroom floor
– Motivate customers to purchase new/used Harley-Davidson motorcycles (primarily) and other makes of motorcycles.
-Demonstrate a strong, influential working knowledge of H-D Motorcycles
– Be proficient in feature/benefit selling
– Gather, organize, and manage customer data in CRM
– Call and follow-up with customers
– Set and track appointments
– Give Product demonstrations on the showroom floor to prospective buyers
– Handle phone calls in a professional manner
– Escort customers on Motorcycle test rides
 
 
Qualifications:

  1. Passionate about Harley-Davidson Motorcycles
  2. Previous Motorcycle Industry experience preferred
  3. Ability to ride and handle heavy cruiser motorcycles
  4.  Good written and verbal communication skills
  5. M1 endorsement  (Can be obtained after hire)
  6. CA Salesperson License (Can be obtained after hire)
  7. Good social/interpersonal skills
  8. Telephone sales experience
  9. Spanish as a second language is a plus (not mandatory)
