MotorClothes/Merchandise Manager
We are currently looking for a highly motivated, aggressive; take-charge MotorClothes/Merchandise Manager. This is your opportunity to join one of the most dynamic and fastest growing companies in the USA with career advancement opportunities available, based on performance!
Key Result Areas:
Manage merchandise presentation
Plan, implement and regulate promotions
Effectively utilize computer systems to control inventory and reporting
Communicate and plan with General Manager to arrive at daily/monthly sales goals
Increase gross and net profit
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Hiring, training, motivating, counseling and monitoring the performance of all front-line staff
Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction with the ability to handle all customer interaction with an award winning smile and a positive attitude
Be able to interpret reporting and manage department by the numbers
Maintain inventory turns at industry benchmarks
Ordering of $1M+ of inventory annually
Lead continuous improvement efforts that support annual sales goals and cost control
Qualifications & Job Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years of retail management experience
· Proven leadership skills and ability to develop a team
· Prior management experience in retail apparel/clothing
· Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate sales associates
· Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
· Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays, Holidays, and evenings
· Have track record of sales performance
