Retail Clothing and Apparel Manager (Rawhide Harley-Davidson)

Key Result Areas and Major Duties:
Deliver a premium Customer Experience and employee engagement
Oversee hiring, training, motivating, counseling and monitoring the performance of front-line staff
Leading daily meetings with front line staff to review individual and department goals
Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction with the ability to handle all customer interaction with an award winning smile and a positive attitude
Manage merchandise presentation on the sales floor
Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals
Ensure adherence to our revolutionary sales process in delivering a premium customer experience
Be able to interpret reporting and manage department by the numbers
Contribute to buying and ordering of inventory
Maintain inventory control and inventory turns
Qualifications & Job Requirements:
Prior management experience in retail apparel/clothing
Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate sales associates
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems including Dealer Management System
Knowledge of, and passion for Harley-Davidson merchandise and other products sold by dealership is a plus
Ability to work a flexible schedule including Weekends, Holidays, and evenings
