Rawhide Harley-Davidson (Olathe, KS)

 

Rawhide Harley-Davidson is currently looking for a highly motivated, aggressive; take-charge Retail Apparel & Clothing Store Manager. 
 
To achieve this, he or she must effectively lead and manage personnel; have a background of inventory management and posses an in-depth understanding and mechanical knowledge of the Harley-Davidson motorcycles. (Automotive and Service Management is a plus.) Career advancement opportunities available based on merit.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Hiring, training, motivating, counseling and monitoring the performance of all front-line staff
  • Manage the execution of current sales process to deliver a premium customer experience
  • Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction with the ability to handle all customer interaction with a positive attitude·        
  • Be able to interpret reporting and manage department by the numbers
  • Leading daily meetings with front line staff to review individual and department goals
  • Maintain inventory turns at industry benchmarks
  • Mark down strategy to keep OBS at industry benchmarks
  • Ordering of $1M+ of inventory annually
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts that support annual sales goals and cost control

 
Qualifications & Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of retail management experience
  • 60+ Hours – 5-6 days/week March-September. 45-50 hours – 5 days/week October-February
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to develop a team
  • Harley-Davidson enthusiast preferred but not required
