WHAT WE REQUIRE
5+ years experience leading in a retail sales environment
Excellent relationship building skills
Going above and beyond is your normal
Creativity and driven to succeed
Management style that is motivating, inspiring, and energetic
Strong leadership skills
Demonstrated sales success in a commission retail environment
Ability to organize, delegate, prioritize, meet deadlines, and follow-up on all store activities
Proven ability to effectively challenge and motivate a team of sales associates
