Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Powersports Technician to join our growing team. This individual will specialize in Yamaha and Can-Am products, performing repairs, maintenance, and modifications to ensure our customers’ vehicles are in peak operating condition. Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain Yamaha and Can-Am on-road and off-road vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and related equipment.
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems across a variety of powersports vehicles.
Deliver exceptional customer service by clearly explaining repairs, maintenance needs, and recommendations to customers.
Stay current on the latest Yamaha and Can-Am product updates, technical bulletins, and industry trends.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a powersports technician, with emphasis on Yamaha and Can-Am vehicles preferred.
Strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities across a variety of powersports systems.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant training is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
