Overview

Salary Range: $55K - $65K / Annually

Mile High Harley-Davidson of Parker is seeking a Parts Manager to join our team. As a Parts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the parts department, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and extensive knowledge of motorcycle parts and accessories.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the parts department, including inventory management, ordering, and receiving
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their parts inquiries and needs
• Supervise parts department staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Maintain a clean and organized parts department
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and optimal customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a motorcycle parts management role
• Extensive knowledge of motorcycle parts and accessories
