Position: Service Technician (pay based on experience)
Job Description:
- Diagnosing, repair and servicing of powersports related inventory.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair and service assigned repair orders
- Provide labor estimates/discuss repairs to service advisor
- Maintain adherence to dealership policies
- Complete documentation for repairs
- Assist in mentoring technician trainees
- Attend company and factory training
- Ability to learn new techniques and solve challenges
- Commitment to accuracy and quality
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Maintain a positive working relationship with all other employees
- Good communication skills, to include legible writing
- Able to utilize time management skills and working under a deadline.
- Able to work in an environment with temperature fluctuations, mild to loud noises, and able to push/pull 50lbs or greater
- Able to work from various body positions: Floor, kneeling, standing.
