Marketing & Events  Manager

Duties

  • Promotion & event design and execution (Onsite & Offsite)
  • Negotiating with vendors & business partners
  • Graphic design skills & proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator Office software experience, including Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) including creating & packaging files to appear on the web
  • Documented success stories and solid references
  • idependent self-starter with ability to work independently and/or with a team
  • Design and execute events including necessary licensing, permits, etc
  • Manage social media, e-mail campaign, web design, SEO
  • Ensuring adequate timelines for proofing of all media, e-mail & web design
  • Maintain 6 week (minimum) marketing calendar

Requirements

  • Motorcycle industry experience 3-4 years
  • Management experience preferred, but not a deal breaker
  • Eye of the tiger, self-motivated, with exceptional organizational skills
  • We need rock stars, all stars and top tier candidates who are driven to be #1
  • Looking for candidates who are extroverted, uninhibited, unreserved and demonstrative
  • Motorcycle endorsement a plus
  • Possess sound judgment and decision making ability
  • Longevity in work history
  • Powersports experience preferred
