Salary Range: $62K – $110K / Annually
No Cages Harley-Davidson is seeking an experienced F&I Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in securing financing and insurance options for their motorcycle purchases. You will ensure compliance with all legal and dealership guidelines while maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction.
Compensation & Benefits
The F&I Manager role is a full-time position with on-target earnings of $62,000-$110,000 per year. Commission and incentive opportunities are available, and compensation is paid biweekly. Responsibilities
Assist customers in obtaining financing through various lenders while maintaining strong lender relationships.
Offer and sell extended warranties, GAP coverage, and other F&I products to enhance customer purchases.
Ensure all transactions comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Accurately complete all paperwork and contracts related to financing and insurance.
Present a professional, customer-focused approach to create a positive buying experience.
Work closely with the sales team to streamline the sales and financing process.
Monitor and maintain F&I performance metrics, including penetration rates and revenue targets.
Provide training and support to sales associates on F&I products and compliance.
Requirements
Previous F&I experience in an automotive or powersports dealership required (Harley-Davidson experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of financing, insurance products, and lender relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation abilities.
Proficiency in F&I software and dealership management systems.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Valid driver’s license (motorcycle endorsement preferred).
