Candidates must be honest, self-driven, results-oriented, with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on the highest of customer service standards.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Give sales support with vehicles accessories and price quotes
- Greet customers promptly, in a courteous and friendly manner
- Develop and share knowledge of all parts and accessories merchandise, parts history and motorcycle services
- Must possess multitasking skills while maintain individual customer satisfaction
- Handle telephone transaction quickly and courteously
- Inform customers of current sales on merchandise and special events happening in the dealership
- Handle all forms of method of payments
- Assist customers with determination of Parts and Accessories requirements and research merchandise in catalogs.
- Accept cash & credit card payments for purchases. Keep cash register accurate.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays, Holidays, and evenings.
- Handle customer complaints reasonably, showing empathy and a positive attitude, and demonstrate our commitment to excellent customer service.
