Overview
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all operations of new and used vehicles
- Oversee sales and motorcycle inventory
- Ensure sales personnel are alert, well trained, motivated and available when needed
- Set sales quotas for sales personnel
- Oversee sales, trade-ins and delivery of all new and used vehicles
- Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction
