Full Job Description

Lake City Cycle is recruiting experienced Honda, Kawasaki and Suzuki Service Technicians to join the team! We are also looking for an Entry Level Parts Associate.

We are appreciative of the amazing Team we currently have so we are looking for the right person that fits in with our team and is focused on the overall success of the department as well as their personal performance. Personality, comradery, and a team focused mindset are as important as your technical skills to us.

Qualifications & Job Requirements (Technician)

  • Dependable, organized and self-motivated.
  • Own your tools to perform the tasks required at your proficiency level.
  • Valid driver’s license with motorcycle endorsement.
  • Proficiency using multiple lifts.
  • Focus on quality and customer service.
  • Organization and attention to detail in a high-volume environment.
  • Team Focused.
  • Dealership Experience·
  • Ability to Lift 50 pounds or more as needed.

Factory Certifications is a plus

Qualifications & Job Requirements (Parts Counter Associate)

·         Ability to quickly Learn Lightspeed or have experience with NXT or EVO (Operating System)

·         Create a Positive experience for the customers

·         Answer Phones and correctly direct them to the department needed.

·         Ability to Lift 50 pounds or more as needed.

·         Receive and order parts

·         Ability to take multiple tasks and prioritize them as needed

·         Ability to pass on site forklift certification
