Sales Support
The Sales Support position consists of interacting with the sales department and customers via phone, online, or email to provide information in response to inquiries about products or services. This is a full-time, entry-level position with vast opportunity for growth within the company.
Working hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. Company benefits include 6 paid holidays, paid time off, and 401K with company match.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Sales Support responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answer phone calls to resolve or redirect as appropriate
- Resolve and solve support tickets in a timely manner
- Create, modify, and send quotes; Follow up on quotes not ordered
- Have fundamental knowledge of products and their availability
- Gain familiarity with company website to help navigate customers via phone
- Manage and resolve Instagram messages within 1 business day

- Able to work independently as well as cohesively with a team
- Exhibits initiative and drive to complete tasks without unnecessary delay
- Excellent communication skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Must have strong phone and computer skills
- High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others, solicit input from customers, and obtain cooperation from associates in other departments
