We’re looking for motivated full-time Regional Sales Manager who are passionate about the powersports industry and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a pivotal opportunity to shape the future of three rapidly growing brands under a globally recognized distributor with a proven track record. As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in expanding our dealer network, representing standout motorcycles, and driving success in a company that’s rapidly gaining momentum in the industry.

What You’ll Do:

· Champion the brand presence of Keeway, Benelli, and Benda among dealers, industry professionals, and at key events, driving brand awareness and market penetration.

· Build and strengthen dealer partnerships, fostering long-term growth and maximizing sales potential across all three brands.

· Provide on-site demos and brand showcases, ensuring dealerships experience the quality and performance of products firsthand.

· Gather and report critical market insights, shaping strategy with real-time dealer and customer feedback.

· Operate with autonomy while staying connected to the Keeway America Headquarters, aligning efforts for maximum impact.

Qualifications:

· Proven sales or distribution experience in the motorcycle industry.

· Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, with a track record of cultivating strong, lasting partnerships.

· Self-motivated and able to effectively manage a designated territory, driving results with minimal supervision.

· Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region. Skills in transporting motorcycles, including loading, unloading, and hauling a trailer.

· Proficient in Office and CRM software
