Graphic Designer & Marketing Associate

Overview

Salary Range: $5,500 - $6,500 per month (tentative)

We are a fast-growing powersports company looking for a Graphic Designer & Marketing Associate to join our team.

Education & Experience:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Advertising or related field

·         Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered

·         2-4 years of experience in graphic design, marketing or advertising preferred

·         Experience working in a fast-paced business environment and managing multiple projects and deadlines is strongly preferred

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·         Strong graphic design skills with a professional portfolio demonstrating experience with print and digital marketing materials

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity in Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Adobe creative cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator), InDesign etc.

·         Basic knowledge of marketing concepts, social media, promotional campaign and digital marketing

·         Able to work with sales, management and other departments to develop marketing and promotional materials

·         Strong organizational skills with the ability to manager multiple projects and meet deadlines

·         Strong communication skills & Writing skills

·         Positive attitude and eager to learn

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

·         Photography, video editing or basic video production experience is a plus

·         Experience in powersports, automotive or recreational vehicles or a related industry is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Design dealer flyer, product brochures, catalogs, price sheets etc.
Assist with creative design work on powersport vehicles such as decal kit design and color selections for new products/new model year products
Create and edit marketing content (social media posts, magazine ads, newsletter, product & promotional materials)
Maintain and update the company’s websites and social medial platforms
Support new model launches and seasonal promotions
Maintain consistent branding across all materials
Coordinate marketing materials with the sales team and the dealers
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on events such as trade shows, campaigns and promotional activities.

Tentative Salary:  $5500.00- $6500.00 per month
