Powersports Service Technician

Overview

Salary Range: $70,720 + COMMISSION

We are seeking a skilled powersports Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in UTV, Personal Watercraft and Motorcycles (on and off road). We are a dealer for Polaris, Can-Am 3 wheel trikes and off road vehicles, Husqvarna and Beta motorcycles, Sea Doo, Kawasaki and Yamaha Personal Watercraft. Must possess strong mechanical aptitude, and be able to perform a variety of technical tasks, proficient with computer diagnostic procedures and familiar with the parts associated with said vehicles.

Responsibilities:
– Conduct diagnostic tests on vehicles to identify issues.

– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

– Have the ability to repair determined issues.

– Perform brake repairs, suspension work, and powersports diagnostics.

– Proficiency in transmission, and engine work.

– Use power tools and equipment for various repair tasks.

– Lift heavy objects and parts when necessary

– Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Experience:
– Proven experience as a Service Technician/ Mechanic
– Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks
– Proficiency in brake repair, diagnostics, and suspension work
– Familiarity with power tools and equipment used in powersports repair
– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:
– Experience in powersports repair and maintenance
– Proficiency in transmissions and engine work
– Ability to lift heavy objects and parts safely
– Knowledge of brake repair, suspension work, and diagnostics
