Ride Experience Specialist – Parts & Accessories

Location: Mansfield, Ohio

Job Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are hiring a Ride Experience Specialist to help riders get the most out of their machines through the right parts, accessories, and gear. This role focuses on guest experience first—welcoming riders, learning how they ride, and guiding them to the products that fit their needs.

What You’ll Do

Greet customers and create a welcoming, enthusiastic environment
Ask discovery questions to understand riding style and needs
Recommend parts, accessories, apparel, and upgrades
Build quotes and close over-the-counter sales
Support service by recommending accessorization on new and serviced units
Maintain professional product displays and merchandising
Process special orders and follow up with customers
Work closely with technicians and sales team to deliver a seamless guest
experience

What We’re Looking For

Customer-facing retail or hospitality experience preferred
Knowledge or passion for motorcycles / ATVs / UTVs / powersports
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable using computers/POS systems
Team player who enjoys a fun, fast-moving environment
Willingness to learn product lines and attend training
Preferred (Not Required)

Prior dealership experience
Parts counter or service advisor experience
Familiarity with brands such as Polaris, Can-Am, Indian, Ducati, Honda, Yamaha,
Kawasaki, KTM, etc.
