Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Associate to join our powersports dealership team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in motorcycle, ATV, and side-by-side sales, with a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences while consistently achieving sales targets. This role requires in-depth product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet and engage customers in a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable manner.
· Assist customers in selecting motorcycles, ATVs, and side-by-sides that meet their needs, lifestyle, and budget.
· Maintain expert-level knowledge of current product lines, OEM incentives, accessories, financing options, and promotions.
· Conduct product demonstrations, explain features and benefits, and provide test ride support.
· Negotiate sales terms, prepare quotes, and complete purchase agreements accurately.
· Work closely with the finance and insurance department to ensure smooth transaction processes.
· Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and generate referrals.
· Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals.
· Maintain a clean and organized showroom and sales area.
· Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor products, and dealership offerings.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 2–3 years of successful sales experience in the motorcycle, powersports, automotive, or related industry.
· Strong knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, and side-by-sides, including brands, models, and features.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Professional appearance and customer-first attitude.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
· Valid motorcycle endorsement/license required.
