Inventory Receiving Associate (Avalanche Harley-Davidson)

Avalanche Harley-Davidson is growing and looking for an Inventory Receiving Associate ready for the opportunity to work in a customer-oriented friendly environment. Candidates must be self-driven, results-oriented, with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on the highest of customer service standards. 

Responsibilities:
Ship and receive departmental and/or dealership inventory
Assist in the maintenance of inventory accuracy and control inventory related records.
Ensure accurate and timely receiving and shipment of all inventories
Create purchase orders in database.
Receive and process merchandise from distributors: Check merchandise received against purchase invoice and purchase orders; Prepare product for showroom floor. 
Ensure accurate inventory of all General Merchandise 
Assist in the maintenance of inventory accuracy and control inventory related records
Maintain cleanliness of MotorClothes Department and keep back stock neat, clean and orderly.
Ensure merchandise displays are stocked, clean, and appealing to customers.
Become familiar and efficient with all phases of the computer system required for MotorClothes management.
Submit and follow up on warranty submissions.
Maintain all records of warranty submissions.
 
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail
Be self-motivated and driven
Effective organization and prioritization skills
Strong computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Motivated team player
Do some Cashiering and have weekend availability
Shipping/receiving experience a plus
Harley-Davidson motorcycle knowledge is a plus

Skills:
The following are "must have" skills for this position:
-Must be able to lift 50 lbs
-Must be able to stand for your entire shift
-Must be reliable and punctual
