Overview
Looking for a experienced Service Writer. This person would be responsible for interfacing between the customer and the service department. Scheduling services, installs and warranty work. Responsible for filing all warranty claims. Work with parts, sales and mechanics to make sure the customer is taken care of in a timely manor. You are the dealers face to the customer.
Must have excellent customer skills and be able to defuse any concerns.
Must be abel to work Tuesday through Saturday from 9:30 AM to 5:30PM,
