About Our Dealership:
Honda Powersports of Troy is a level 5 Honda powerhouse dealership located in Troy, OH. We are a growing service department looking looking for motivated technicians willing to learn and grow.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Must be able to accurately perform full and complete diagnosis on units in for service
  • Perform service, repair and customization work in accordance to factory specifications
  • Be able to work in a fast paced environment with a high level of attention to safety and quality workmanship
  • Provide clear written records of all repairs performed.
  • Ownership of a complete set of tools (we provide speciality tools)
  • Have the ability to work in a clean professional manner
  • The ability to follow safety guidelines both in the workshop and when out on test rides
  • Ability to train, mentor, and transfer skills to less experienced technicians
  • Proficient in meeting deadlines and completing work productively and profitably
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with all other employees.
  • Minimize come-backs and deal with them promptly and satisfactorily when they do occur

Job Requirements:

  • Basic Computer skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Positive, friendly attitude
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
  • The ability to push a 1000 lb. motorcycle and be able to lift 75 lbs.
  • Able to work on your feet for extended periods of time
  • Must posses valid driver license with motorcycle endorsement.
