Asst. Service Manager – Service Writer

Overview

Salary Range: $75K - $100K / Annual

DFW Honda, a premier Honda Powerhouse Motorcycle dealership in Grapevine Texas, is currently seeking a Asst Service Manager / Service Writer to work in our Service Department.

Skills needed to succeed include:

·         Assist Service Manager with overseeing departmental staff members

·         Multitask various job duties at one time

·         Attention to detail, for warranty filings and job scheduling

·         Good time-management skills for job completions

·         Work with customers to ensure timely responses and completion of repairs

·         Reach out to customers to schedule appointments and encourage service work

Requirements include, but not limited to:

C-level mechanical skills
Prior motorcycle service experience
