Overview
Salary Range: $50K - $80K/year

NON-NEGOTIABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
• Punctuality is a MUST
• Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment
• Must be driven to provide excellent customer service and provide the best customer experience
• Must be able to work in a clean, professional & productive manner while meeting deadlines
• Manual Dexterity with the ability to move and handle full-sized cruiser motorcycles
• Strong mechanical, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must be computer proficient
• Must own a complete and extensive set of hand tools
• Verbal and written communication skills are essential
• Must possess a current drivers license with motorcycle endorsement
• Must be able to pass a drug and background check
DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
• Prior motorcycle dealership experience is a plus
• Familiarity with OEM warranty processes a plus
• Familiarity with Dealer Management Software a plus
