Helmet House is the leading U.S. distributor of helmets and apparel in the Motorcycle and Powersports industry.  We are in search of a detail-oriented and experienced E-Commerce Data Entry Specialist with Amazon E-Commerce expertise to join our Digital Team in Lake Oswego, OR.

For decades Helmet House has supplied Powersports Dealers across the U.S. with two of the world’s top helmet brands; SHOEI and HJC. Helmet House is also the manufacturer and distributor of Tour Master, Cortech, and NORU motorcycle riding gear, and Alpinestars Riding Gear. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The ideal candidate will have 2 years’ of experience with E-Commerce and data entry. Must be a quick learner, self-starter, troubleshooter, and problem solver with a positive attitude. Must have attention to detail, be able to think proactively, and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience with Microsoft 365 products is required.  A college degree is preferred.  This full-time hybrid position will report to the E-Commerce Manager, and the hybrid office schedule is Monday and Tuesday in the office, and Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday remote, with occasional additional in-office days as needed.  The hours are M-F, 8am-5pm

Duties include, but are not limited to:

•       accurately and efficiently entering product data

•       managing inventory

•       ensuring accurate categorization

•       Conduct data entry tasks, including product information, pricing, and inventory updates on the Evergreen E-commerce platform.

•       Optimize product listings by writing compelling product descriptions, selecting relevant keywords, and ensuring accurate categorization.

•       Manage inventory levels, monitor product availability, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure stock replenishment.

•       Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective marketing strategies, such as promotions, advertising campaigns, and sponsored product placements.

•       Monitor and respond to customer reviews, questions, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

•       Analyze sales performance, identify trends, and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of various strategies and make data-driven decisions.

•       Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

•      Proactively identify areas for improvement, propose solutions, and implement process enhancements to streamline data entry and e-commerce operations
