Parts & Accessories and General Merchandise Manager
Gunnink’s Harley-Davidson is growing and is now adding to our current staff. We are now hiring a Parts & Accessories and General Merchandise Manager.

Key Result Areas:
Premium Customer Experience and customer/employee retention
Manage Parts & Motorclothes presentation on the sales floor
Help Plan, implement and regulate promotions
Effectively utilize computer systems to control inventory and reporting
Communicate and plan the daily/monthly sales goals
Work with the team and support the gross and net profit for Parts & Motorclothes Department
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in Hiring, training, motivating and monitoring the performance of all front-line staff
Train and support the execution of current sales process to deliver a premium customer experience
Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction with the ability to handle all customer interaction with an award winning smile and a positive attitude
Be able to assist in reporting and help manage department by the numbers
Support front line staff with individual and department goals
Assist in inventory and controls
Support improvement efforts and cost control
Process warranty claims for all departments.
Qualifications & Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of retail management experience
Proven management skills and ability to train team members
Harley-Davidson enthusiast
Prior management experience in retail apparel/clothing and/or parts and accessories.
Proven ability to manage, train, and assist sales associates
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
Knowledge and/or passion for Harley-Davidson merchandise and other products sold by dealership
Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays, Holidays, and evenings
Have track record of sales performance and contributing to a fun, motivating and rewarding work environment
